Anemdata Software

Anemdata Software developed in order to support Scientific Research, Industrial Applications and Industrial Production Lines. Primarily it has been installed in Airports and in the Schinias Olympic Rowing and Canoeing Center for recording, displaying, printing, saving in RDBMS database and finaly to send these to remote users wind and other meteorological data. Anemdata can gather data in real time from any Data Logger, PLC or PC. So it has the following characteristics:

It gets data from PC serial (RS232) or USB port.
It saves the data in an RDBMS database.
It displays instant and average values of measuring parameters on computer monitor.
It cans retrieve data from database and create chart plots from them.
It can display and print more than one measuring (same unit) parameter on the same chart. (i.e. five temperatures from different places).
Users can set individually and easy colors, backgrounds, units on the charts.
It prints data and graphic chart to any printer.
It can save data on CDs or removable disks in ASCII format or in any ordinary spreadsheet format.
Data and graphic charts can upload anywhere user wants.

Printer Manager Add-On

Printer Manager is designed in order to record and print measured wind and meteorological values on paper. It can collect and print two different parameters simultaneously. It can connect on any Epson compatible dot matrix printer. It prints in real time i.e. when a new measurement value comes to the system this new value is printed on paper immediately. Printer Manager can store measurements values in an ASCII Format file. It can replace any any paper recorder. It has been installed in 8 airports and is recording wind parameters. It displays the instant and average measurements on a display. This Add on is available as stand alone version or as add on on the Anemdata Software. There is a a preliminary version as an embedded device that can connects on a Wind Digital Display ( WDD2 ) systems without the use of a computer.
